Marinade salmon fillets in your favorite teriyaki sauce for 30 minutes to 1 hr. Bake or grill until done.
Meanwhile, make a quick sesame stirfry by sauteing sliced onion and minced garlic and ginger with carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, celery, red peppers, or any other combo of veggies you have one hand. Add a splash of soy sauce, dash of sesame oil, and sprinkle of sesame seeds.
