Fruit fries are a fun and healthy snack for kids. Cutting fruit into thin sticks makes them the perfect size for little fingers. The raspberry dipping sauce mimics ketchup and is, well, just plain fun.
Ingredients
Fruit- such as mango, green apple, pineapple, cantaloupe, watermelon, peaches, even jicama
1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp lime juice
Directions
Slice your fruit into strips the size of French fries and chill in the fridge or freezer (spread out in a single layer so they don’t stick together) until ready to serve.
In a blender combine raspberries and lime juice. Puree. Add water as necessary to create a a ketchup-like consistency.
